Under the UK law, Modi is expected to be produced before the court every four weeks, which now falls on July 25
Modi has already been denied bail at three previous attempts at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London, as the judge ruled there was "substantial risk" that he would fail to surrender
The judge also asked the Indian government to provide the information on which prison he will be held at within 14 days
Nirav Modi's lawyer told judge in London that her client should be granted bail, because most of his funds are frozen.
The application for bail will be heard before Judge Emma Arbuthnot at Westminster Magistrates' Court
If the US seeks Modi's extradition, he may not contest his extradition to India since he faces a lesser punishment back home.
The ED officer will carry the latest charge sheet filed by the agency against Modi's wife Ami and the recent attachments made by it in the case
Besides the properties, the ED had also attached gold, diamond, bullions, jewellery and other valuables worth Rs 489.75 crore
