Public issue of up to 1,55,00,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each (equity shares) for cash at a price of Rs.160/- per equity share aggregating Rs. 248.00 Crores (the issue) by Manaksia Limited (our company or the issuer). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of up to 1,54,00,000 equity shares (the net issue) and a reservation of up to 1,00,000 equity shares for subscription by employees (as defined herein) (the employee reservation portion), at the issue price. The issue would constitute 22.29% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of our company. The net issue would constitute 22.15% of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity capital of our company.
