Initial public offering of up to up to 53,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of NSB BPO Solutions Limited (NSB BPO or the Company) for cash at a price of Rs. Re-payment/pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed by the company. Funding capital expenditure for new project. Additional working capital requirements for the company existing business. Long-term working capital requirements for the company new project. General corporate purposes.
