Initial public offer of upto 52,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the &quot;Equity Shares&quot;) of Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited (&quot;the Company&quot; or &quot;The Offer&quot;) at an offer price of Rs.
