Karnataka is looking to reach out to over one thousand startups from smaller towns over the next two months as part of its Elevate programme which aims to identify a hundred of the most innovative startups across sectors in the state. Once identified, these startups will be able to avail funding either directly from the state or through venture capitalists or angel investors.
