The sole hill station recorded 0 degrees Celsius, while Bhilwara registered 0.8 degrees Celsius. One-way traffic was restored on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway Monday as authorities allowed stranded Kashmir-bound trucks carrying essential commodities along with passenger vehicles from here, officials said.
