Alan Scott Enterprises Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/10/2025 inter alia to consider and approve (1) The proposal for raising funds by way of issuance of equity shares through preferential allotment subject to such approvals as may be required under the applicable laws.(2) Other matters as per the agenda of the Board meeting.

(IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide its General Circulars Nos. 14/2020 dated April 08 2020 17/2020 dated April 13 2020 20/2020 dated May 05 2020 and subsequent circulars issued in this regard the latest being 9/2023 dated September 25 2023 (MCA Circulars).
