This is to inform you that as per the Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Conduct) the trading window of the Company will be closed from Monday 23rd December 2024 until 2 (two) trading days from the date of declaration of audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending 31st December 2024. The details of the date of Board meeting and opening of the trading window shall be intimated in due course.The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
