We wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and the Board of Directors of the Bank (Board) at their meeting held today i.e. July 25 2025 have conducted the annual review of list of the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) category. Based on the recommendation of the NRC the Board has approved the categorization of Mr. Dhavan Shah Head of Commercial Banking Mr. Kapil Gupta Head - Treasury & Financial Markets Mr. Ankur Tripathi Chief Information Officer and Mr. Manoj Tibrewal Head of Human Resources Admin & Infra as SMPs effective July 26 2025.
