AUSFB/SEC/2024-25/311 dated October 28 2024 intimating about re-appointment of Mr. Harun Rasid Khan as Part-Time Chairman of the Bank which was subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) we hereby inform that RBI vide its letter dated December 19 2024 has approved re-appointment of Mr. Harun Rasid Khan as Part-time Chairman of the Bank for a further period of 3 (Three) years w.e.f.
