This discloser is being made on a post facto basis in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and other applicable laws for dissemination of BSE Limited. The CoC in its 21st Meeting held on Thursday 02 April 2026 inter aila undertook detailed review and delibrations of the 4 Resolution Plans received and opened in the 20th meeting and discussed in detailed and analyzed the resolution plans with view to assessing the feasibility and viability of the same

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 read with sub clause 16(g) of Clause A of PART A if the Schedule III of the LODR Regulation 2015 we hereby inform you that the 21st meeting of Committee of Creditors of Baron Infotech Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday April 02 2026 @ 16:00Hrs IST.The meeting inter alia to analyze evaluate and negotiate the resolution plans received in the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor and such other matters as may be placed before the committee. This is for your information and records.

This is to inform that M/s Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) is undergoing the CIRP process in accordance with the Provision of IBC 2016. In this regard the meeting of Committee of Creditors was convened on the 23rd day of March 2026. In the aforesaid meeting inter aila the Resolution Plans received were opened in the presence of Eligible Perspective Resolution Applications (EPRAs) and the CoC members took note of the same. Accordingly the meeting was concluded at 18:00 Hrs IST.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) REgulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR we wish to inform you that the 20th meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Corporate Debtor will be held on Monday March 23 2026 @ 16.00 IST inter alia to open and take note of the Resolution Plans.
