February 9 2026 whereby we informed BSE Limited that the 18th meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) will be held on Friday February 13 2026 @ 5.00 pm.It is hereby informed that the proceedings of the 18th meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Baron Infotech Limited (Corporate Debtor) as intimated was commenced at 5.00 pm on Friday February 13 2026 adjourned to 6.18 pm and concluded at 6.29 pm.The resolutions have been approved / deferred as the case may be by the members of CoC in the said meeting as per the attachment.
