Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 26th May 2025 allotted 49931 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2/- each upon exercise of employee stock options under the Cipla Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company.
