January 01 2025 who shall be the Key Managerial Personnel as per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Listing Regulations.The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 is attached herewith as Annexure - A.Resignation of Mr. Nishant Pitti Chief Executive Officer of the Company vide his letter dated December 31 2024 with effect from January 01 2025 due to his personal reasons.Further information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-B.The Resignation letter received from Mr. Nishant Pitti is enclosed herewith as Annexure-C.
