In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings Presentation inter-alia on the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2025 both on Standalone and Consolidated basis to be discussed during the Earnings Call scheduled to be held on Friday May 23 2025 at 04:00 p.m.It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company in its meeting held on May 22 2025.
