The Bank has executed a share purchase agreement with First Data Holding I (Netherlands) B.V. First Data (India) Private Limited (Nominee of First Data Holding I (Netherlands) B.V.) and Finserv Merchant Solutions Private Limited (Formerly known as ICICI Merchant Services Private Limited (IMSPL)) today at 2:16 pm in relation to the sale of its entire shareholding of 19 percent in equity shares of IMSPL. The completion of procedures and transfer of shares would be intimated in due course of time.
