Initial public offer of upto 65,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the &quot;equity shares&quot;) of Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited (&quot;the company&quot; or &quot;Virtual Galaxy&quot; or &quot;VGIL&quot; or &quot;the issuer&quot;) for cash at a price of Rs. 142 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 132 per equity share (the &quot;issue price&quot;) aggregating to Rs. 93.29 crores (&quot;the Issue&quot;), of which upto 3,36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 142 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 132 per equity share aggregating to <br />Rs. 4.77 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the &quot;Market Maker Reservation Portion&quot;). Capital expenditure towards setting up additional development facility in. Repayment/prepayment of certain borrowings availed by the company. Investment in procuring GPU server & storage system at Data Centre. Funding of expenditure related to enhancement maintenance and upgrading existing products. Funding for business development and marketing activites and. General corporate purposes.
