This is to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. March 17 2025 has approved the appointment of Shri Shatmanyu Shrivastava as Chief Risk Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Life Insurance Corporation of India.
