Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 we wish you inform you that pursuant to the approval of the members at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on Wednesday August 20 2025 and in principle approvals of the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India dated September 18 2025 the Finance committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29 2025 has interalia considered and approved the allotment of 14380000 equity shares and 45715000 convertible warrants on preferential basis.
