Gap between second dose, precaution dose should be more than 9 months: CoWIN platform Chief

New Delhi, Dec 27 (ANI): Speaking on the eligibility criteria, CoWIN platform Chief Dr RS Sharma informed that the gap between the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine and the day beneficiary is registering for ‘precaution dose’ should be more than 9 months or 39 weeks. “The process will be exactly the same. If you are above 60 years of age and have taken both doses and the gap between the second dose and the day you are registering is more than 9 months (39 weeks) then you are eligible,” said Sharma.
